Treasurer's report
Eddie reports $5100 in regular account, $1300 in M-Mountain account. Wes needs to write a letter
to Delilah stating who the new signatories are on the CD.

Registrar's Report
Eddie reports 2 very late registrations to bring the total to 233 for the fall season.

U-5/6 Coordinator's Report
U5/6 are done.

Coach Adminstrator's Report
Wes needs to get work on getting a new coach coordinator.

Uniform Coordinator's Report
Uniforms will not be picked up on Saturday.  Wes needs to ask Bethany to organize 
getting new uniforms for next year.

Equipment Coordinator's Report
We will collect balls from coaches on Saturday.  Juan will need to contact U5/6 coaches
to get balls back.

Safty Coordinator's Report
No report

Referee Adminstrator's Report
Referee class to be held February 17 or 18. Wes reports at least 6 folks interested in
taking the class. We need them!

CVPA Report
None.

Tournament Director's Report
   Turkey Tuneup - cancelled, Paul Fuierer trying to organize an informal set of matches
           with other coaches.
   M-Mountain - on the national calendar. Wes needs to make sure Eddie has the registrar's
           password for ayso364.org.

Discussion Items
   Donation from City? Wes lazy needs to get it done.
   Walmart and Summer Camp? Wes lazy needs to get it done.
   Fall Season report, Wes not here on Saturday, needs to coordinate
         with Jason and Eddie about setting up.
   Pizza Saturday - Eddie to order pizza, 
   Traveling Teams - U10 boys and girls, Paul and Rob to do boys,
         Russ Moore and Beau Beames to do girls. Antoinette will do
         U12/14 if there is interest. Wes to draw up a contract for 
         kids and parents to commit to tournaments.
   Cleanup day - Still no coordinator. Day is Novemeber 15, Wes needs to 
         put clean up day in Flyer. Meet at Sedillo park clean up California
         street. Chamber pays $5/volunteer hour. Need to talk to Susan Bartow 
         to give her numbers.
   Section Meeting - in Phoenix Az (ok Chandler AZ) Tennatively Cindy, Wes, Russ,
         Beau and Antoinette to attend. Wes needs to ask about CVPA training for
         Cindy.

   Spring 2009 Dates - Registration clinic Jan 24, table at Arts Party Feb 7, Season starts
         Feb 28 (Wes not available), runs 6 weeks till April 4, M-Mountain tournament
         May 1,2,3, Soccer Camp, July 27-31 (tenative).

Next board meeting - December 3, lunch meeting.
