Registrar's Report
  New registrations for the spring was about 24 at the  winter clinic.
  13 new registrations at the Arts party. Current totals are about 265 registered for the spring. We need to get the U5/6 forms to Juan.


U-5/6 Coordinator's Report
  No report.

Coach Adminstrator's Report
  New coach adminstrator, Kim Gonzales is going to try it for the spring 
  season and see how it goes, welcome on board Kim.

  Wes in contact with Patrick Smith about NM Tech soccer players helping
  out in the spring. Will need to get volunteer forms to these guys.
  Nouradine Benalil would like to coach a U8 team.

Uniform Coordinator's Report
  We will be purchasing new uniforms for next season. Bethany has numbers and uniforms picked out for next season. Bethany, Dorella, and Wes to get together and plan for next season

  No report, Wes has a candidate in mind.

Safty Coordinator's Report
  No report.

Referee Adminstrator's Report
   Rick Perley to give clinic at the AOC on Feb 17th, Wes has a list of
   candidates to contact and is hoping for 5 or 6 new referees.

CVPA Report
  No report. Wes to check email.

Tournament Director's Report
   M-Mountain
   Michael, Delilah, and Wes to meet on Friday to discuss Michael being
   M-Mountain tournament director for this year.

   Tournament teams, Pumas, Zorrillos (u10 &U9), and Penguins particpated
   in Groundhog wash friendlies Feb 7 & 8th.  The kids had a good time.

   Wes shows team pictures in frames.

Discussion Items
   Need to do Walmart grant application.

   Wes signed paperwork with AYSO Soccer Camps, Kim and Dolores Beames to be contacts. Section Meeting, Barb says the hotel was nice, Barb and Wes were disappointed with classes offered. Cindy, Barb, Wes, and Antoinette Garci took CVPA course. Wes talked with Las Lunas folks about interleaguing.
