Registrar's Report
  Eddie reports 209 registered with 14 needing to pay.
  A Question was raised about foster parents signing forms.
  Wes will make inquiries to Bob about it.


U-5/6 Coordinator's Report
  Nourandine Benalil will head program the of the field program.

Coach Administrator's Report
  Kim is reporting the following about team assignments:
     U8 boys 4 teams for now
        girls 4 teams (2 coaches)
     U10 boys 3 teams
         girls 3 teams
     U12/14 boys 2 teams
            girls 1 teams
  Wes reports that we need coaching booklets for coach training.
  Coach training to be held Sept 19, we'll supply the lunch
  We'll be handing out  balls and uniforms on Wednesday September 9th

Uniform Coordinator's Report
  Uniforms came in, we'll meet at Tripps at 6:30 on Tuesday Sept 8th.

Equipment Coordinator's Report
   Fields will be marked week of September 7.
   88 new soccer balls coming. Goal is to replace all balls every two years.

Safety Coordinator's Report
   One injury at summer camp. It was not serious. The coaches need to their
   first aide kits. Region will provid hand sanitizer for H1N1 prevention

Referee Administrator's Report
   Ref training week of Sept 21.

CVPA Report
   Forms sent in. We need to get everyone safe haven certified.

Flex Team Report
   Have tentative schedule

Discussion Items
   We discussed having an AYSO night at a High School match.  Nothing
was decided.
